Service Description

The Puppylicious Course is our puppy bonding training and socialisation class. We will cover all the basic skills that owners and puppies need, helping you bond with your pup and learn how to be a responsible pet owner. I am accredited by the Academy of Dog Trainers and Behaviourists (ADTB) Trained by the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (IMDT) I've also studied Canine Psychology and Behaviour. The Puppylicious Course is for Puppy's under 6 months: We will cover; Capturing Attention, Sit, Down Recall, Stay, Wait, Heel, Leave it, Waiting at a Door Loose Lead, Walking well on the lead (Teaching a pup not to jump) We will socialise pup, and have fun play times I will also give tips on; toilet training, food manners, chewing, biting, mouthing and any signs of aggressive play behaviour.

Cancellation Policy

Course Booking & Attendance Policy Cancellations & Refunds To cancel a course and be entitled to a full refund, a minimum of 10 days’ notice must be given prior to the course start date. Cancellations made within 10 days of the start date are non-refundable. Missed Sessions (Client) Any course sessions missed by you will not be automatically rescheduled. To ensure you don’t miss out, you will receive: Homework via email Full access to the online training videos Missed Sessions (Woofies) Any course sessions missed due to Woofies will be rescheduled. Weather Conditions Classes will only be postponed in cases of extreme weather. Where possible, you will be given as much notice as possible. Unforeseen Circumstances If a course is unable to run due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered: An alternative course, or A full refund Suitability for Group Classes If a dog is found not to be suitable for a group setting, either: A refund for the remaining sessions will be offered, or A 1-to-1 training session(s) to the value of the remaining course will be provided Behaviour & Safety If a dog displays aggressive behaviour towards another dog or a person, Beverley Sharples reserves the right to remove the dog from the group immediately. In this instance, suitable alternative training options will be offered. Responsibility & Supervision All dogs attending remain the full responsibility of their owner/handler at all times. On or off lead, owners must actively supervise their dog throughout the session. Children are welcome but must be closely supervised at all times. Adults accept full responsibility for the behaviour and safety of both their dogs and any children in their care during the session. Liability Disclaimer Woofies accepts no responsibility or liability for injury, loss, or damage to any dog, child, adult, or personal property during Pup Play Dates. This includes (but is not limited to): Injuries sustained during group classes on or off lead Incidents occurring while walking to or from the field and car park Interactions between dogs, people, or children Attendance is entirely at the owner’s own risk.
