Service Description

Clever Dogs is like a club. We will play games and learn tricks as well as continue to perfect our essential basics. Unlike Puppylicious or PupStars the course is not structured, in as much as each week we mix it up so that there is something new to keep you motivated but also we will mix in all the essentials at different times so that you can keep your skill up and make it even cleaner. Once you have completed a full 4 week course you would be able to join any week ad hoc and pay on the day. You just need to check with me before hand that we have space and i'll book you in.

Cancellation Policy

To Cancel and be entitled to a full refund a minimum of 14 days must be given in advance of the start date. Any course days missed, by you, will not be automatically rescheduled. You will receive homework via email so that you don't miss out as well as having full access to the online training videos. Any course days missed, due to Woofies, will be rescheduled. Only in extreme weathers will classes be postponed and you will be given as much notice as possible. Should courses not run due to unforeseen circumstances you will be offered a different course or a full refund. Should a dog not do well in a group setting a refund to the remainder of the course will be offered or a 1-2-1 to the value of the remainder of the course. Should a dog show aggressive tendencies to any other dog or human, it will be at the discretion on Beverley Sharples to remove said dog straight away from the group and alternative training will be offered.
